Are walk-ins accepted, or do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcomed on most days, however there may be certain periods where we are unable to accommodate walk-ins due to high-demand.

To avoid any disappointment, we recommend booking online to guarantee service.

How long does a typical session take?

Due to the variety of the services we offer, your session length will depend on the services you have booked. However, we keep all service durations transparent.

Is there parking available near the salon?

We have limited parking directly outside the shop, however there may be parking spots available at the retail car park across the road from us.

Please note the opening times of this car park may differ from ours.

Lashes & occasions

How do I prepare for my lash extension appointment?

We require all clients to arrive for lash appointments with clean lashes.

As makeup can create a barrier and impact your treatment, please do not arrive with makeup on. For optimal results, avoid makeup 72 hours prior to your appointment.

If you still have previous extensions on from another artist, you will need to book a removal before arranging a lash extension appointment with us.

How can I extend the life of my lash extensions?

We recommend washing your lashes daily for best results and optimal maintenance.

We offer lash shampoo at the salon so feel free to purchase a bottle to take home on the way out!

Do you offer bridal or special occasion hair and makeup services?

We certainly do!

Special occasion hair and makeup services can be booked through our booking page.

If you have any special requests before booking, please contact us via phone, email or social media and we will help in whatever way we can.

Booking & payment

How do I book an appointment?

Our booking process has been streamlined to ensure an efficient process.

1. Click here to visit our booking page.

2. Select your desired services.

3. Choose an available date/time before entering your contact details.

4. Pay online securely via card to confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments online when booking, processed securely via SumUp. You can pay the full amount upfront or pay a deposit to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day. Cash is also accepted in-salon for any remaining balance.

What is your deposit policy?

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the services selected. The remaining balance can be paid online before your appointment or in-salon on the day.

Please note: Appointments booked within 48 hours require full payment upfront to secure your slot.

What is the cancellation policy for appointments?

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your appointment.

For split-payment bookings, your deposit is non-refundable. If any amount beyond the deposit has already been taken, that additional amount can be refunded when cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

For fully paid bookings, a full refund is available when cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this window and no-shows are not refund eligible.
