How long does a full set take?
About 2 hours. An infill takes 1 hour and a top-up 30 minutes.
What is the difference between hybrid, volume and angel lashes?
Hybrids: A mix of classic and volume lash techniques for a fuller, textured look with natural movement.
Volume: Multiple ultra-fine lashes fanned and applied to each natural lash for a full, dramatic look.
Angel: A soft, wispy lash style combining fine and bold lashes for a fluttery, textured finish.
How often will I need infills?
Your natural lashes shed and regrow, so a set needs infills to stay full. Book a 1-hour infill within 2–3 weeks of your last visit, or a 30-minute top-up within 1–2 weeks.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes and no makeup — makeup can create a barrier and affect your treatment. For the best results, avoid eye makeup for 72 hours beforehand.
If you still have extensions from another artist, they’ll need to be removed before a new set.
How do I look after lash extensions?
Keep water away from the eye area for 24 hours after your appointment.
Don’t use waterproof mascara or oil-based products around your eyes.
Don’t pull or rub your lashes, and don’t tint or perm the extensions.
If you need eye drops, take extra care to keep moisture off the extensions.
After that, wash your lashes daily. We sell lash shampoo in the salon.
Can I get a new set if I have extensions from another salon?
They’ll need removing first. Call or message us before you book and we’ll arrange it.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
You pay by card online when you book. If your booking comes to more than £21, a non-refundable £20 deposit secures it, and the rest is charged to the same card 24 hours before your appointment. Bookings of £21 or less are paid in full when you book, and so is any appointment booked within 48 hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. A deposit is non-refundable, but anything taken beyond it is refunded; fully paid bookings are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.
Registered clients can cancel online. Guests can call, email or message us on Instagram.
