Do you take walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcomed on most days, but there may be times we can’t fit you in when it’s busy. To avoid disappointment, book online.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on what you book — every treatment’s time is listed above and on the booking page, from 10 min to 2 hrs.

How do I book?

Choose your treatments on the booking page, pick a date and time, enter your details and pay securely by card. You’ll get a confirmation email with your appointment details.

How can I pay?

By card online when you book, processed securely by SumUp. Cash is also accepted in the salon for any remaining balance.

Is there parking nearby?

There’s limited parking directly outside the salon, and there may be spaces in the retail car park across the road — its opening times may differ from ours.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

You pay by card online when you book. If your booking comes to more than £21, a non-refundable £20 deposit secures it, and the rest is charged to the same card 24 hours before your appointment. Bookings of £21 or less are paid in full when you book, and so is any appointment booked within 48 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. A deposit is non-refundable, but anything taken beyond it is refunded; fully paid bookings are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refunded.

Registered clients can cancel online. Guests can call, email or message us on Instagram.
