1. Scope

These terms apply to digital product purchases (including e-books) offered by Aliya's Beauty through this website.

2. Digital License

  • Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use.
  • You must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share download links/files with third parties.
  • Intellectual property rights remain with Aliya's Beauty and/or licensors.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Where a product is offered as a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout and delivery occurs on/after launch.
  • Launch dates are estimates and may change for operational reasons.
  • We will use your purchase email to send fulfilment and access information.

4. Delivery and Access

  • Digital delivery is provided via secure download links/tokens and may include download count and expiry controls.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your email address and inbox/spam settings permit receipt of fulfilment messages.
  • If you experience a technical delivery issue, contact info@aliyasbeauty.co.uk and we will assist.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled through our payment provider and may be subject to their checkout requirements and anti-fraud controls.

6. Refund Policy for Digital Content

Because this is digital content, purchases are non-refundable once access/download has been provided, except where refund is required by law or where we cannot provide the purchased content due to our own technical failure.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, automate bulk download requests, exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise misuse digital delivery infrastructure.

8. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to law, liability for digital product claims is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
