1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aliya's Beauty website, account features, booking services, and related online services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use our booking services. If you are aged 16-17, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and may be required to confirm booking/treatment permissions.
3. Booking and Payment
- Appointments may require either full payment or a deposit depending on booking value and time to appointment.
- Current booking configuration: deposit amount £20.00 for eligible bookings above £21.00.
- Bookings within 48 hours of appointment typically require full payment at checkout.
- Where a deposit model is used, remaining balance may be collected before the appointment using the payment method authorised at checkout.
4. Cancellation, No-Show and Refund Rules
- Online cancellation is available only when your appointment is more than 48 hours away.
- Split-payment bookings: deposit is non-refundable. If any additional amount has already been captured beyond the deposit, that additional amount may be refundable when cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the appointment.
- Fully paid bookings: if cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, full refund is eligible.
- Cancellations at or within 48 hours before appointment are not refund-eligible unless required by law or granted as a goodwill exception.
- No-shows and late cancellations may require full outstanding payment before future bookings are accepted.
5. Treatment Safety and Client Obligations
- You must provide accurate information about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and contraindications relevant to treatment.
- Where advised, patch testing must be completed before treatment. We may refuse, defer, or modify treatment for safety reasons.
- You are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by our team.
6. Appointment Conduct
- Please arrive on time. Significant lateness may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling.
- Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct is not permitted and may result in refusal of service and account restrictions.
- You must use genuine contact/payment details and must not misuse offers, promotions, or payment workflows.
7. Digital Products and E-Book Sales
E-book and digital product purchases are subject to separate E-Book Terms, which form part of our contractual framework for digital sales.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, copy, graphics, downloadable assets, and software components remain the property of Aliya's Beauty and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or withdraw features, pricing, service menus, or availability where reasonably required. We may also correct pricing/content errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant booking/service except where law provides otherwise.
11. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
